A striking design statement cantilevered over the Mooloolah River, this conceptual vision for one of the Sunshine Coast’s leading tourism groups, seamlessly blends technology, tourism, and experience-driven design.

The west facade features a dynamic 12-panel video screen, creating a bold visual marker at the entrance to the precinct.

The ground floor houses a premium retail dive shop, while level one offers an immersive virtual diving experience—bringing the reef to life through cutting-edge interactive audio-visual installations.

CAB ROTO crafted a compelling vision for a landmark that exemplifies the intersection of design and storytelling.
